Elementary school teacher: 2011/2012

Applicant should have previous related experience in teaching in elementary schools within North America, a degree in education, be able to integrate Islamic values and behavior into classroom rituals, be able to create a stimulating learning environment for children with different needs, be able to relate to families and children, be able to be cooperate and be flexible with staff, and have strong English communication skills with proficiency of a second language preferred.

Duties include:

Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Monitor student progress and communicate areas of concern to Principal and the parents.

Maintain records or portfolios of student work.
